Lake Sunapee VNA Announces New CEO
Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice (LSRVNA) is pleased to announce that Andrea Patrick-Baudet, MBA, RN, CHPN, CHPCA, will join the agency as President and CEO, effective June 22. She replaces Jim Culhane, who led LSRVNA for 11 years in this role and departed on June 1 to lead another home health care organization in the state.
“Over the last three months, our Search Committee has been hard at work to identify the ideal candidate to step into this leadership role," stated Dan Junius, Board Chair. “Andrea’s dedication to mission-driven health care and her deep experience in home health and hospice operations stood out to us, as well as the value she places on strong relationships and organizational culture. We are confident she will serve our agency and community well as she applies her unique strengths to an already strong organization.”
Patrick-Baudet brings more than 30 years of non-profit clinical and leadership experience to LSRVNA. She has served as Chief Executive Officer at Franklin County Home Health Agency and Executive Director at Homestead Senior Living, both in St. Albans, VT. She has also held leadership roles at Cornerstone VNA in Rochester, NH, and Granite VNA in Concord, NH. Additionally, her background includes direct patient care roles in nursing and case management.
“I am thrilled to join the Lake Sunapee VNA team and truly honored to serve this organization that has built such a strong culture and provides exemplary, compassionate care to the community,” said Patrick-Baudet. “I look forward to the opportunity to work with our staff, volunteers, supporters and partners to advance our mission and continue to strengthen the trust placed in us."
Patrick-Baudet holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from New England College, Associate Degree in Nursing from New Hampshire Community Technical College and Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire. She has served on the boards of Northwestern Counseling and Support Services in St. Albans, VT, United Way of Northwest Vermont, and the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of New Hampshire. Currently a resident of Enosburg Falls, VT, she looks forward to returning to New Hampshire.
