Lake Sunapee VNA Announces Departure of CEO Jim Culhane
Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice has announced that Jim Culhane will step down as President and CEO after more than 11 years of exceptional leadership and service. He will be leaving the agency on June 1, 2026 to join Granite VNA in Concord as President and CEO. A search will be conducted for his replacement.
Culhane shared, “I feel strongly that Lake Sunapee VNA is in a solid position operationally, financially and culturally and will continue to thrive under new leadership. This is truly an exceptional organization with top-notch staff, volunteers and trustees, as well as a generous and caring community that stands with us and believes in the value of our work and mission.”
“While we are truly sad to see Jim move on, we congratulate him and wish him nothing but the best in his next position. Most importantly, we thank Jim for the positive impact he has had on the delivery of local home care, hospice and community programs with a primary focus on the wellness of our region. I believe that processes are in place to move forward and allow new leadership, along with the current and very capable team, to bring their unique strengths to the agency and ensure its continued success,” shared Dan Junius, Board Chair.
