President's Message

When you choose home care, hospice or community services through Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice you are choosing an organization that works each day to ensure that our staff are educated and competent to provide your care. We have invested in supportive technology to keep you safe and secure at home; and we continually strive to improve what we do so that you, the patient and family, get what you need and expect in order to remain at home.

We value our partnerships…with you, your family, your physician, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, other community service agencies and many more because working together we can achieve so much more.

Our end results may vary depending on the kind of care and service required. It may be to rehabilitate a patient after surgery, to treat a chronic illness, to educate a new parent or to comfort a dying patient, but in each situation we treat you with respect for your needs and beliefs. We provide care to promote independence and preserve dignity, and we conduct our business with integrity, responsibility and commitment to the community.

We devote a great deal of time to learning how we can improve. We are able to compare our patient outcomes and patient satisfaction results to other agencies locally and nationally, identify opportunities to improve and then plan how to enhance our performance.

I love to hear from patients about what was positive and not so positive about their experience with home care, and hope you will contact me with your suggestions.
