Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice, founded in 1970, is a not-for-profit home care and hospice agency located in New London, New Hampshire serving individuals of all ages in Grafton, Merrimack and Sullivan counties.  Agency programs and services include:

We offer patients, clients and families such services through our network of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, licensed nursing assistants, medical social workers, homemaker/ companions, and physical and occupational therapists.

We partner with physicians and hospitals throughout the region to care for patients in their homes. We are members of VNA Health System of Northern New England and of the Home Care Association of New Hampshire. We are Medicare Certified and licensed by the State of New Hampshire. We undergo quarterly benchmarking through Outcome Based Quality Indicators for the federal government and participate in Medicare’s Home Health Care Compare survey, as well as distribute patient satisfaction surveys to maintain our high standards of home care practice.
